Women to Women WNY
in 2017 four women in Western New York met to ensure that women's voices continue to be heard in our region. Specifically, women who are leaders, developing leaders and who aspire to be leaders in our communities.

To that end, Dr. Ursuline Bankhead, Lisa Coppola, Esq., Christine Nadolny, and Jennifer Scharf, Esq. came together to see how we can add our support to women residing in Western New York.

In 2018, we held our first conference, Transformational Leadership: Women in Power. That event's success led us to keep the momentum and the message going of the value of the amazing women in our community. This time addressing Professional Bravery.

We welcome women from all backgrounds as they have have a lot to offer other women. So Women to Women is born! We look forward to seeing, supporting, and collaborating with you!
